Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving an eligible item. The item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition in which it arrived, with any original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Email info@beautifulballers.com with your order number and the reason for the request. If the return is accepted, we will provide the correct return destination and instructions. Do not send an item to an address shown on a package or website without first receiving return instructions.

Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, and include the order number and clear photos when available. We will review the issue and make it right in accordance with applicable law.

Customized or personalized products, final-sale items, gift cards, and items that have been worn, used or altered generally cannot be returned unless they are defective or applicable law requires otherwise. Product-specific restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.

Availability changes quickly. The clearest exchange path is usually to complete an approved return and place a new order for the preferred item. Contact us first so we can confirm the available options.

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges and return-shipping costs are refundable only when required by law or when the return results from our error.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Because products may enter production quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun. If an order cannot be canceled, the applicable return rules will apply.
