These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Beautiful Ballers, LLC. By accessing or using a Beautiful Ballers service that links to these terms, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use when required.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You may not use our services to break the law, infringe rights, harass or harm others, impersonate someone, distribute malicious code, interfere with security, scrape or collect information without authorization, or misuse content or services.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, systems or the integrity of the service.

Beautiful Ballers services, designs, text, graphics, logos, video, photography, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to Beautiful Ballers and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the services for their intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership or grant a right to use Beautiful Ballers names, marks or content commercially without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit. Submitting content for review does not automatically authorize publication. Any public use remains subject to the permissions, releases, approvals and scope agreed for that submission or project.

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have the rights and authority needed to provide it. Additional terms may apply to interviews, features, campaigns, community participation or other programs.

Product descriptions, availability and prices may change. We may limit or cancel orders for legitimate inventory, fraud, pricing or compliance reasons and will provide any required refund.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Purchases are also governed by our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Taxes, shipping charges and final totals are shown during checkout where applicable.

Our services may connect to third-party platforms for commerce, payment, fulfillment, community, media or other functions. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services and content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item of general information will always be complete or current. Nothing in these terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beautiful Ballers and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the services and may update these terms. The current version and effective date will be posted here. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, subject to applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
